"RUDE"

You explain what your requirements are only then to pick your dogs up exactly how you told them NOT to do it? This is bad enough. My dogs were stressed and left damp in a cage with no towel or blanket. They did not have my "perfume put on them" ( No bows in hair) this is not a MUST for me but PLEASE this place is approx £10-15) more expensive than anywhere else. I WILL NEVER go back and spend my hard earned cash on this company again. They were rude and offish. A very STRANGE place indeed.If you love your dogs as I do then this is not the place for them .
